Public Relations Officer
Your responsibilities include media relations, publications, communication programmes for new and major HDB policies and projects; organising and co-ordinating VIP visits, and monitoring and analysing public feedback as well as managing the Service Improvement Programme.

You should possess a good degree, major in English, Mass Communication or Communication Studies will be an advantage. You should have at least 3 years of working experience in corporate communications and be effectively bilingual and possess a flair for writing.

Management Services Officer
Your responsibilities include promoting and sustaining innovation & organisational excellence through various initiatives, board-wide events and programmes (e.g. Innovation Day, Innovation Quality Circle Convention & Forums, benchmarking projects, service initiatives); conducting training in innovation-related workshops to promote creativity and impart problem-solving skills (e.g. creativity skills workshop, FISH workshops, facilitation in discussions/forums); managing public feedback channels like Cut-Waste Panel, Pro-Enterprise Panel, Cut-Red Tape suggestions; reporting and monitoring departmental and board-wide statistics/KPIs on innovation excellence.

You should possess a good degree, with good interpersonal, communication, writing and presentation skills.
